Kipiani’s House invites you to experience authentic Racha hospitality in a 100-year-old traditional oda house, built from elm wood and distinguished by Rachian carvings and ornamental details. The yard features a vineyard where three types of wine are produced: Kipiani’s Khvanchkara, Tsolikouri, and Racha-Aleksandrouli.

Stunning views of the Racha mountains and close contact with nature will make your stay truly unforgettable. The well-equipped space comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and includes a wine cellar, a large yard, and a gazebo overlooking the vineyard.
