Wine Hotel Korenishuli Veranda is located amidst the remarkable vineyardsof the Tvishi region of Lechkhumi, which are among the finest in a region renowned for its selection of wines. The hotel grounds includean historic Tsolikauri vineyard, more than a half a century old, grown with traditional wild and ecological methods, as well as 200-year-old Qvevri’s, the winemaking heritage of the Levan Khmelidze family.

Levan Khmelidze himself is a young Lechkhumian winemaker, who had lived abroad for many years and returned to his ancestral homeland in the small and mountainous village Korenishi, located beneath Khvamli mountain, to revive local winemaking and viticultural traditions. He lives together with his wife Tatia and his parents in Korenishi, and they all love to receive guests at their beautiful winery.
